1. Acceptance

By inviting the AnimalBot Discord application (the "Bot") into a server, interacting with it, or purchasing items on this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot or the shop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot (or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your country, whichever is higher). To make a purchase you must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. The service

The Bot drops randomized creatures into Discord channels and tracks catches per user and per server. Features, balance, drop rates, and cosmetic content may change at any time. The Bot is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee.

4. Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card data. One-time purchases (rain minutes, pack bundles) are credited to your Discord account on the server-side once Stripe confirms payment. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel via the customer portal linked from your account page.

Digital goods are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain the perk until that date.

5. Acceptable use

You may not exploit bugs, automate catches outside of normal Discord client behavior, or upload custom-cat content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or that you don't have the rights to. Custom uploads are reviewed by an administrator before they spawn.

6. Termination

We may revoke access, remove uploaded content, or refuse purchases at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Active subscriptions cancelled for cause are not refunded.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimalBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Bot or the shop. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
